The Acorn Co-op is a group of local volunteers working alongside disadvantaged individuals to produce hand crafted merchandise that can be sold to benefit not only themselves, but also others in need. The aim of this initiative is to build confidence in individuals through the process of teamwork, learning employable skills, and serving in a program with a purpose larger than their own needs.
